1. 從Yahoo CEO 下台，我們可以觀察到何種趨勢?
A:巴茲下台，短短的兩年多的時間就被閃電下台，這讓人不禁要問:「哪裡出問題了。」事實上巴茲在傳統的軟體產業裡佔有一席之地，不僅僅是靈魂人物更是軟體產業家喻戶曉響噹噹的名字，卻在今年被雅虎董事會以電話的方式解雇，這意味著甚麼?很明顯是巴茲的思考模式已經無法在現今社群網站的蓬勃下得到閃亮的成績單，傳統的思考模式已不能取代快速流通並以個人為媒體主軸的社群時代，facebook的出現、陸續的社群網站跟進已經是不可或缺的行銷手段，若不能得到以消費者為媒體的傳播速度，也就表示巴茲注定會被淘汰。
2. Google 提供免費 Android 行動作業平台，可能的原因是什麼?
A:相信前陣子最大的新聞絕對是google跟apple的專利大戰，google為了抵擋apple的勢力擴張，也陸續跟進了觸控螢幕的市場。FACEBOOK帶來的社群系統將我們的網路世界帶入下一個次元，使每個人就能夠成為單一的行動媒體，只需要在自己的專頁上留下一段訊息。由此可知行動媒體的快速擴張是必然的，潛力更是無以言語，我能想到google當然也能想到，為此他們必須作出行動，就是跟進!好的軟體需要好的硬體來負載、好的社群就必然需要更好的系統來建立，因此google也推出了Android 行動作業平台來搶食app行動用戶這塊大餅，若不能在前期打地基時就把握深層客群那就不用說未來還能有分食的機會，只能給apple跟facebook去壟斷了。
3. HP的PC市占率球第一，可是傳出HP考慮將PC部門分售出去，從這裡我們可以觀察到何種趨勢?
A: 這趨勢很明顯就是行動用戶的增益太快速使得PC用戶會在未來十年間漸漸沒落，想當然爾，網路已變成人生活的一部分，無法切割時時刻刻都可能需要得到有用的資訊，而不是在某個特定的地點或是特定的時間才能接收，這顯得行動是趨勢，而非行動性的PC就即將被取代，身為PC界的Number one，當然要能覺悟，因為下一個行動數位網路即將來臨!

2. Enter "修改文章"
3. Follow the steps to create Label Block by drag and drops.
4. Get back to your existing blog posts. Fill the blanks at the field Labels (文章的標籤).
5. Save the changes.
6. Back to the blog and check if the labels come up.

Lab 3: Put CYCU Map on Your Blog
1. The latitude and longitude coordinates of CYCU campus location is +24° 57' 31.02", +121° 14' 28.12" and you can take a look at the satellite image
